Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We pack the artwork in protective boxes and secured wraps to guarantee that the artwork will arrive in perfect condition. Regardless, if the artwork arrived damaged please reach out to us immediately, at least within two days after receiving it. Notify us in a clear statement to hi@regienamaeart.com within two (2) days of receiving it. Provide your name and order information.
The buyer retains their right to refund if the damage or impairment is not due to negligence or lack of care on their part. If returned, the artwork shall be returned in its original condition and packaging.
REFUND POLICY
If you’re not happy with your purchase or any defects arise, you have 30 days to request a refund. To do so, you may contact me at hi@yourlittleartist.shop and explain the issue. I will be happy to assist you. Returned artwork should be sent back in similar wrapping and packaging ensuring it will not be damaged during transport. Damaged returns will not be accepted for refund. The buyer is responsible for the return back to us including the fees.
Cancellation Policy - Order Cancellations
Full Cancellation (100% Refund)
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. To qualify for a full refund, your cancellation request must be submitted within this timeframe.
Partial Cancellation (50% Refund)
Orders cancelled between 24 hours and 5 days from the time of purchase are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total order value. This policy applies to all orders that have not yet shipped.
No Cancellation Available
Orders cannot be cancelled after 5 days from the time of purchase. As a sole artist and business owner, I begin preparing and sourcing materials for your custom work shortly after the 5-day window. Late cancellations result in material costs and lost time that directly impact my small business.

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your request.
Processing Timeframes
- Full refunds (within 24 hours): Processed within 3-5 business days
- Partial refunds (24 hours - 5 days): Processed within 5-7 business days
- After 5 days: No cancellation or refund available
Important Notes
- Cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 5 days from purchase
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our return policy will apply instead
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- As an independent artist, I begin work preparation shortly after the 5-day window, and late cancellations result in material waste and financial loss
