Terms and Conditions

When purchasing at @_yourlittleartist you automatically accept the terms and conditions specified below. Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms carefully before purchasing.

We accept payment via Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, and bank transfers.

PURCHASE

To purchase original artwork from us, you must send us your information. Once we receive the confirmation that you agreed and have read the terms and conditions, we can process your payment.

SHIPPING

We will ship the artwork based on the address information that the buyer sent us. We suggest that you make sure that someone is present to receive your artwork. We are not liable for the misdelivery of your package. The artwork will be delivered through couriers with a tracking number which we will send to you to track the package.

We pack the artwork in protective boxes and secured wraps to guarantee that the artwork will arrive in perfect condition. Regardless, if the artwork arrived damaged please reach out to us immediately or at least within two days after receiving it.

The buyer retains their right of cancellation if the damage or impairment is not due to negligence or lack of care on their part. Please save the original packaging in case of return. The damaged artwork must be returned in its original packaging.

RETURN and REFUND POLICY

If you’re not happy with your purchase or any defects arise, you have 30 days to request a refund. To do so, you may contact me at regiena.rm@gmail.com and explain the issue. I will be happy to assist you.
